Paddy's Irish Public House in Fayetteville, North Carolina will grant full membership to individuals over the age of 21 with proof of age as required by the state of North Carolina ABC Board and a Paddy's Irish Public House Membership Application completed in full. These memberships are not transferable and are non-refundable. Each member must have a membership card and proof of age as required by the state of North Carolina ABC Board for admission to Paddy's. No limited memberships will be granted. All new applications will be processed through a 72 hour waiting period as designated by the state of North Carolina ABC Board. All alcohol sold in Paddy's will only be consumed inside Paddy's. Management of Paddy's Irish Public House will enforce North Carolina state laws regarding alcohol consumption by members.
Paddy's Irish Public House maintains the right to use the private club as an establishment which serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises. There is a membership fee of $5.00 per year.
Paddy's Irish Public House management reserves the right to refuse admittance to any member at any time. Paddy's Irish Public House management reserves the right to not serve members alcohol at any time.
Occupancy of the pub will be strictly adhered to by the management of Paddy's Irish Public House. Paddy's Irish Public House is allowed by law to charge for guest admittance. Legal I.D. & membership card required for admission. Members and their guests 18 years old and above only will be admitted. The members name and the guests name must be handwritten (no cursive) by the member. The guests name must be the name as listed on the accepted form of ID as stipulated by the state of North Carolina. All guests must be accompanied by that said written member. No guest is allowed without the member being in the private club. There is no limit as to how many times a person can be a guest.
Illegal drugs of any kind are NOT allowed in or around the pub. No open alcohol containers will leave the building. No loitering around the building following the close of business. Violent and obstructive behavior will not be tolerated. Firearms, knives, and weapons of any kind are not allowed on the premises.
Membership may be cancelled at any time.
Paddy's reserves the right to remove and/or refuse admission without notice to anyone at any time.
